We collect only what we need to get your chai infuser to you, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
When you place an order, we collect:
- your name, mobile number and email address,
- your delivery address, and
- order details: quantity, amount, payment method and the payment reference ID.
We don't use accounts, logins, tracking pixels or advertising cookies. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login. Those go directly to our payment partner.
Why we use it
- to process, ship and deliver your order,
- to contact you about your order (confirmation, tracking, delivery issues),
- to handle cancellations, returns, refunds and complaints, and
- to keep the invoice and tax records the law requires.
We won't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to complete your order:
- Razorpay: to process online payments securely,
- courier partners: your name, phone and address, for delivery,
- Web3Forms: which emails your order details to us, and
- Netlify: which hosts this website.
We also share data with government authorities when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep order records only as long as needed for delivery, returns and our legal and tax duties (usually up to 8 years for invoices). After that we delete them.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, unless we must keep it by law. Email and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
This website uses HTTPS encryption. Payments are handled on Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout. No method of sending data over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
