2. The product
We sell the : a food-grade silicone handle with a stainless steel mesh filter and a silicone drip tray. We try to show it accurately, but colours and sizes may vary slightly from photos and drawings. Measurements are approximate.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). GST, where applicable, and shipping are added and shown separately at checkout, so you always see the full amount before you pay.
- Shipping is free for delivery within . Orders delivered outside have a flat shipping charge of per order, added at checkout when you choose your state.
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Cash on Delivery orders must be paid in full to the delivery person.
- We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Orders
Prepaid orders are confirmed once you see an order ID. Cash on Delivery orders are confirmed once you send us the confirmation message on WhatsApp shown after checkout. We cancel COD orders that aren't confirmed within hours. We may cancel and fully refund an order if the product is out of stock, the address can't be serviced, the price was clearly shown wrongly by mistake, or we suspect fraud or misuse. We'll always let you know if this happens.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are part of these terms.
6. Using the infuser safely
- Use it with hot water, tea or milk only. Don't put it on a direct flame, in an oven or in a microwave.
- The steel mesh gets hot. Hold it by the silicone leaf handle.
- Keep it away from small children and pets. It isn't a toy.
- Rinse after each use and let it dry before storing.
7. Our responsibility
We stand behind the quality of what we sell, as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for losses caused by misuse, or by delays outside our control such as courier issues or natural events. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Website content
The name, logo, illustrations, text and design on this website belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.
9. Complaints and governing law
If you have a complaint, contact our Grievance Officer (details on the Contact page). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at have jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
